- Working environment: We are in the business of delivering outcomes for our clients and collaborating, developing and connecting with our team. So, while we have flexible working arrangements, the role is predominantly office-based, whether that be at SPP’s offices or at client sites, with bursts of time at home for focused activity, and flexibility shown for working parents.
- Excellent salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, along with benefits that support your professional growth and well-being.

- Effective communicators who enjoy engaging with clients across various mediums and are eager to develop their presentation skills. You should be comfortable presenting ideas and insights clearly and confidently, with a strong desire to grow in this area as you progress in your career.
- Pragmatic high-achievers who strive for top-tier results while maintaining a practical, outcome-driven approach.
