Our Launceston Campus in Tasmania is a K-10 co‑ed Christian school. While the school community is still relatively small (100+), the growth over the past five years has been strong and sustained as is the school’s learning environment and culture. About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Prep Teacher to join our dynamic and supportive Christian school community.

The full‑time (1.0FTE) is set to start Term 1 2026.

Other Current Opportunities Include: Prep Teacher (full‑time), Upper Primary (full‑time). We welcome expressions of interest from outstanding Primary and Secondary educators for potential future roles.

Requirements

We are looking for teachers who:

- See teaching as a ministry and are actively involved in a local church.

- Thrive in a “hands‑on” community and are excited to help shape a growing school.

- Build positive, structured, and engaging classrooms, setting high and fair expectations.

- Are committed to excellence, demonstrating a strong understanding of (or a real willingness to master) evidence‑based practices like Explicit Direct Instruction (EDI).

- Love to collaborate and see the value in a supportive, shared‑purpose staff team.
