About the role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Prep Teacher to join our dynamic and supportive Christian school community. The part-time role (0.6FTE) is set to start Term 1 2026. Requirements We are looking for teachers who: - See teaching as a ministry and are actively involved in a local church. - Thrive in a "hands-on" community and are excited to help shape a growing school. - Build positive, structured, and engaging classrooms, setting high and fair expectations. - Are committed to excellence, demonstrating a strong understanding of (or a real willingness to master) evidence-based practices like Explicit Direct Instruction (EDI). - Love to collaborate and see the value in a supportive, shared-purpose staff team.
