We’re looking for a part-time Customer Advisor who thrives working independently and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Working a dedicated set of branch hours and days, providing consistency and reliability, this role is all about supporting our customers financial needs, while contributing to a branch that is truly community focused.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a small branch environment, enjoys variety, and wants to explore a career in banking in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Support sales and referrals to help customers meet their financial goals.
- Handle cash and transactions with precision, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
- Support branch operations, completing tasks such as opening, closing, and day-to-day activities.
- Confidently learn and use banking systems and other technology to manage customer records
- Salary $30 p.h. + leave loading + 12% superannuation
- Part-time permanent role with set hours and days providing consistency and reliability.
