your role
This role is the heartbeat of the asset – a fast-paced, hands-on position with a strong operational and stakeholder management focus. You’ll lead a high-performing site team while ensuring the asset operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and on-site contractor performance
- Maintain site presentation, cleanliness, safety, and essential services
- Lead budget management, forecasting and monthly reporting
- Ensure lease obligations and compliance are upheld
- Drive tenant relationships and manage key stakeholder communication
- Guide maintenance and capital works planning

- Solid understanding of operational property management, preferably retail assets
- Proven leadership in managing contractors, budgets, and building services
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster retailer and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to problem-solve and thrive in a hands-on, high-traffic environment
- Financial acumen with exposure to OPEX, CAPEX, and reporting cycles
