Key Responsibilities:
- Help clients secure financing for residential and commercial properties by matching them with suitable mortgage products
- Assess clients' financial situations and creditworthiness
- Research and compare various mortgage products from different banks and financial institutions
- Provide clients with information on loan terms, interest rates, payment plans, and legal requirements
- Build and maintain a strong network of lender relationships to ensure competitive loan offerings
- Build a strong network and meet sales targets
Requirements:
- 3-4 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker with the ability to work in a standalone role
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
- Strong understanding of mortgage products across banks and non-bank lenders
- Proven ability to meet/exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Results driven and self-motivated mindset essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Access to own client base a strong advantage
