Works Scheduler / Coordinator – Major Wind Farm. Opportunity available for candidates looking for entry into the Wind Industry

This company is a global leader in renewable energy, specialising in the development, manufacturing, and servicing of onshore and offshore wind turbines. They are known throughout the industry for the delivery, operation, and maintenance of high-quality, cost-effective wind farms to major power generators. They have offices on every continent and are currently experiencing a significant period of worldwide growth.

About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering one of Australia’s landmark renewable projects, ensuring efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination across project activities, on a major Wind farm based in regional VIC, near Ararat.

Duties

- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, ensuring alignment with milestones and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver regular project reports, highlighting status, variances, and recovery actions.
- Support cost control, resource planning, and procurement tracking to ensure project efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by implementing best practices in planning, documentation, and reporting.

Skill, Experience and Qualifications

- Proven experience in project planning or coordination within construction, engineering, or renewable energy sectors.
- Proficient in planning software (primarily SAP) with strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of wind farm or renewable energy projects will be highly regarded.
