In addition, you will also - Worked with elderly persons in related personal training, group movement classes and/or rehabilitation activities that foster safe activities to restore positive health outcomes. You are passionate about working with elderly persons, offer a compassionate, high empathy and caring personality that brings happiness and joy to your clients in a respectful and safe manner at all times. - You might have a related qualification in fitness, health or related healthcare field, the lifestyle qualification which is also eligible is called a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health. - Excellent safety awareness to avoid clients tripping, falling or hurting themselves - you need to be their extra eyes and ears - Very positive teamwork attitude, a trusted co-worker, excellent time management (we are a shift driven workplace including handovers) and always follow strict safety procedures to maintain a high standard of workplace safety. - Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance as this is essential to work in the Aged Care sector (*or willingness to obtain) - A passion for choosing a career where you can make a difference and willingness to help our company deliver quality of care services every day - Display a positive, fun and confident personality to help our residents (*who sometime can be very shy) to get involved in lifestyle and group activities.
