Thanks to ORS’ exciting growth, our incredible Occupational Therapy team is looking for its next superstar You’ll join a dynamic team of 120+ OTs across Australia, working with children, teens, and adults aged 0–65 with a wide range of diagnoses. More than that, you’ll form meaningful relationships with your clients and play a key role in their personal growth and independence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments
- Sensory Assessments
- Assistive Technology (AT) & Home Modifications (including complex)
- Functional Daily Living Skills Assessments
- Environmental Risk Assessments
- Ongoing skill building & therapy
- You’ll work with clients both in the clinic and out in the community—visiting schools, family homes, and local spaces—ensuring no two days are ever the same

Graduate Pathway

What You’ll Need
- A degree in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- A car and driver’s licence
- Relevant clearances (or willingness to obtain)
