- 2+ years' experience in market research, insights, or consulting

- A solid quantitative grounding – survey design, data interpretation, basic stats

- Curious, proactive and eager to grow your commercial and strategic skills

- Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients

- Qual experience is great to have (not essential)

- Comfortable using tech and open to experimenting with AI tools
