Council are on the lookout for our next Trainee to join our Customer Service team

Our ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys meeting new people and providing information in a polite and professional manner. They will have retail experience restocking merchandise, using a point of sale system and customer service. Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite will be an asset.

To be successful in this role you will have a can‑do attitude and excellent customer service.

The Trainee – Customer Service is responsible for:

- Providing high‑quality support to customers and staff

- Ensuring accurate data entry and record‑keeping

- Participating fully in training and professional development activities

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

- NSW Drivers Licence

- School Certificate (Year 10 or equivalent)

- The ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously as required

- General knowledge of the MS OfficeSuite of products will be advantageous

Salary range: Grade T4-$827.40 per week plus 12% superannuation for a 35 hour week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.

Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
