An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced and customer-focusedService Advisorto join our Service team.

This is a permanent Part-Time role working 8:00am – 12:00pm Saturday morning, with potential to fill in on weekdays during periods of absence.

This role would be well suited to someone with Service Advisor experience looking for part time/weekend work. Light Vehicle Technicians wanting a Full-Time workshop role during the week and Service Advising experience on Saturdays are also encouraged to apply.

We’re one of Perth’s biggest Toyota dealerships,supplying and servicing a large variety of commercial, mining, and private customers. Job Description

How you will make an impact:

- Engaging with customers and building a positive rapport
- Handling customer matters relating to service bookings and enquiries
- Checking in vehicles for service and noting any customer concerns/issues
- Estimating costs associated with jobs and determining completion time
- Proactive communication with the customer to keep them updated on the status of their vehicle
- Obtaining approval from the customer if their vehicle requires additional work

Desired Skills and Experience

What we/'re looking for:

- Previous experience in a similar or related role in the automotive industry
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse client base
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Tune DMS desirable however not essential
