The Opportunity

We are seeking Environmental Services Assistant to work across our domestic services at Linacre Private Hospital. This opportunity will have you being a part of a brilliant team of people responsible for providing the highest standards of cleanliness to all areas of our hospital.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness to all areas, including wards, Early Parenting Centre, and Gym

- Ensuring all equipment utilised on shifts is cleaned, restocked and stored in the appropriate storage areas

- Working in a friendly and supportive manner at all times

- Maintaining communication networks with nursing staff and other stakeholders ensuring quality clinical outcomes are achieved

Skills and Experience

The successful candidates will be punctual, reliable and with a commitment to genuine, friendly customer service.

- Previous experience in a hospital environment but not essential.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus

- Compliance with HACCP, Workplace, Health and Safety and Infection Control

- Have experience in cleaning services

- Be a team player and love to work within a large team

- Demonstrate attention to detail and take pride in your work

The Hospital

Our 60-bed hospital provides a comprehensive range of surgical and medical services to the Bayside community and beyond. We have three operating theatres, procedure room, day surgery unit and a high dependency unit.

Requirements

- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
