With exciting new client wins, REBORN is looking for a Social Content Producer to join our growing team. We’re a creative media agency built on pace, performance, and passion — partnering with leading brands across FMCG, tourism, wellness, fashion, and beauty to create work that resonates and performs.

About the Role

You’ll lead and deliver social-first content strategies across a diverse portfolio of brands — shaping ideas that connect culture and creativity to performance. From bold campaigns to reactive, trend‑led moments, you’ll help brands stand out and engage audiences across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

You’ll:

- Develop and execute multi‑platform social strategies for beauty, FMCG, entertainment, and lifestyle brands.

- Present strategies and creative ideas confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.

- Lead creative ideation and hands‑on content production — concepting, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.

- Partner with internal creatives and external creators to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand, and performance‑optimised content.

- Collaborate with the paid media team to ensure seamless integration of organic and paid activity.

- Manage external partners, influencers, and talent for social shoots and campaigns.

- Stay ahead of trends and translate insights into first‑to‑market opportunities for clients.

Requirements

About You

You’re a creative strategist and social native who lives and breathes digital culture. You know what makes content travel and how to grow communities that love the brands you represent.

You bring:

- 5+ years’ experience managing social content and strategy for brands (agency experience ideal).

- Hands‑on experience across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.

- Strong creative instincts, copywriting skills, and an eye for engaging, shareable content.

- Confidence in video production and editing (e.g. mobile filming, lighting, and sound, CapCut, Adobe).

- Deep understanding of social analytics and how to turn data into creative action.

- Experience working with designers, creators, and influencers on social‑first campaigns.

- Highly organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable juggling multiple brands and projects.
