Position Overview:

What You'll Be Doing:

Work directly with a Legal 500-recognised partner on major restructuring and insolvency mandates for institutional lenders and insolvency firms.

- Advise on distressed workouts, voluntary administrations and liquidations
- Draft and negotiate enforcement strategies for secured lenders
- Collaborate on cross-border insolvency and corporate restructuring matters
- Support business development and contribute to internal know-how

What You'll Bring:

- 3–5 years' PQE in corporate or restructuring & insolvency law
- Solid understanding of formal appointments and securities enforcement
- Experience advising financial institutions or external controllers
- Team-first approach and confident written/oral communication skills
