Job Opportunity for Experienced Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive corporate lawyer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably with experience in stream leasing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large leasing transactions end-to-end, from heads of agreement to negotiation, execution, and registration.
  • Work on major leasing mandates with leading corporates, providing a competitive edge through innovative and streamlined processes.
  • Support a collaborative legal team culture, working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, preferably from a top or mid-tier firm.
  • Strong commercial leasing experience, particularly with retail and financial institution mandates.
  • Ability to manage matters independently and engage directly with high-profile clients.
  • Familiarity with iManage, Microsoft Suite, and Sharedo is an asset.
