Commercial Litigation Lawyer

Having recently been appointed to run one of the most significant litigation matters in Australia, they are seeking the best lawyers globally. You will join a fast-paced and broad practice, handling a range of general commercial litigation matters, including for corporations as well as directors and officers in securities claims and class actions, general corporate/financial services disputes, regulatory investigations, civil penalty proceedings pursued by ASIC and other regulators, and criminal prosecutions arising from alleged misconduct in financial markets.
Candidate Requirements:
- A solid general commercial litigation/dispute resolution background gained from a leading UK/Irish law firm;
- Experience working with and analyzing high-volume data sets and evidence on a cross-border basis;
- Excellent drafting skills;
- Strong academics.
