ABOUT THE ROLE

As theSenior Integration Specialistyou will lead the technical onboarding and integration of our Payments products with enterprise merchants and ISV partners. This role is perfect for someone who can translate complex business and technical needs into smooth, scalable solutions, ensuring every partner gets maximum value from our products.

You’ll own the integration process from design to go-live, acting as bothtechnical expertandtrusted advisor. Your work will directly impact customer experience, partner success, and the commercial growth of our platform.

What You’ll Do:

- Leadend-to-end implementation and certificationof partner and enterprise merchant integrations, aligning product capabilities with complex business needs.

- Collaborate directly with merchants and ISV partners as thesubject matter expertfor our API integration strategies.

- Act as the technical voice of the partner, liaising with internal Product, Onboarding, Sales, and Development teams.

- Provide hands-on support during onboarding, including troubleshooting, validation, testing, and certification.

- Guide partners throughquality assurance and go-to-market readiness.

- Execute against agreed statements of work and integration process flows.

- Optimise integration patterns, influence roadmap decisions, and feed partner insights back into Product and Professional Services teams.

- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with ISV and enterprise customers as atrusted integration advisor.

- Stay current on product enhancements, industry trends, and emerging tech.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a teammate who will stand by our values and bring them to life. A brand ambassador who collaborates, partners and stands with us.

You’ll Bring:

- 5+ yearsin technical solution design or implementation, ideally in Payments, SaaS, or large-scale B2B API environments.

- Experience leading technical solution discussions with ISV partners, enterprise clients, and internal stakeholders.

- Strong understanding ofRESTful API design, authentication methods (OAuth2, Basic Auth), webhooks, and error handling.

- Proven ability to deliver API-based solutions that meet both technical and commercial goals.

- Proficiency withPostman,Swagger, and other API testing/documentation tools.

- Exceptional communication skills — able to explain complex technical concepts to developers and C-level executives alike.

- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience managing partner expectations, risks, and escalations across the integration lifecycle.

- Demonstrated success supportinggo-to-marketstrategies through API integrations.

SALARY

The salary range for this role is $125, 000 – 135, 000 per annum + super and performance bonus.

We are open to candidates based in either Sydney or Brisbane.
