Event Cinemas Indooroopilly is looking for a passionate and highly-driven achiever to lead our exciting and premium Gold Class Kitchen , as the Kitchen Manager.
Together with the Management team, you will be responsible for leading your kitchen team, delivering exceptional presentation and standards to complete the Gold Class experience.
To be considered, you’ll need to display:
A high level of energy.
Great leadership – proven ability to coach, train and lead new and existing team members.
An edge – the ability to confidently make decisions.
Attention to detail, the kitchen is YOUR domain.
A proven record of on-time execution (i.e. getting stuff done rather than just talking about it).
Stock take, Stock ordering and Stock inventory experience is preferred but not necessary.
Flexibility to work a mixture of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A huge amount of passion – for our business, for your team, and for life
Proactively seek ways to be ‘better than yesterday’ by finding sustainable ways to operate and care for our environment.
Ensuring the safety of all team members in the Gold Class department.
Communicating and implementing EVT standards and policies.
Most importantly, excellence in service to our customers.
