An exciting opportunity for the Level 4 Physiotherapy Respiratory Team Leader and coordination of the Acute After Hours service at Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick.

What you’ll be doing

The physiotherapist will provide clinical services to inpatients and/or outpatients as determined by the particular role. The physiotherapist will provide evidence based care within a multidisciplinary and family centred context, and utilise holistic physiotherapy models of care. Participation is required in ongoing education, teaching, evidence based practice and quality improvement activities.

The Level 4 Physiotherapist will contribute at an advanced level to:

Planning, development and evaluation of physiotherapy services.

Development, implementation and evaluation of policies, procedures and practice guidelines for patient care.

Liaison with community based services relevant to the patient population

About You
We’re looking for someone who:

- Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and AHPRA registration.

- Significant postgraduate experience and knowledge in the relevant clinical area

- Demonstrated advanced level of clinical skills in the relevant clinical are

- Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills, (including negotiation and conflict resolution skills) and proven success in multidisciplinary team settings.
