As a key member of the Supply Chain Management solution discovery team, the Senior Solution Architect will work closely with internal business stakeholders across various functions, as well as suppliers, to define and continuously align a technical and architectural vision and roadmap with our evolving Supply Chain Management operations strategy.

The Senior Solution Architect will also work closely with the delivery team to ensure the right solutions are implemented and delivered to the business on a regular cadence.

Responsibilities

1. Define a technical and architectural vision and roadmap
2. Work with business stakeholders and suppliers to define high-level solutions
3. Establish critical Non-Functional requirements
4. Evaluate and recommend vendor and/or development solutions
5. Design and plan system implementation, enablers, and/or integration
6. Rapid Prototyping
7. Analysis of design decision impact
8. Establish a system framework that enables continuous delivery
9. Follow Agile Architecture Principles
10. Act as a Tech Leader for a large transformation program

Qualifications and Experience

Required

1. Experience in a similar role as part of a major IT System Transformation
2. Experience working in Agile teams
3. Experience managing vendors
4. Experience with software development teams
5. Experience with o9 Advanced Planning solution (or other Supply Chain Planning application)
6. Experience with Supply Chain Solutions and ERP applications

Preferred

1. Experience with Supply Chain Management
2. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS / Fusion)
3. Experience with Manufacturing, Logistics, and/or Procurement
4. Experience working in a Continuous Exploration or Discovery team
5. Certified SAFe Architect, or equivalent
6. Basic knowledge of TOGAF
