Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Architect to join our team in Sydney, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design, project management, software development, integration, and overall project coordination on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Design: Develop and implement creative and effective architectural solutions that meet our clients' needs and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Software Development and Integration: Utilize Archicad and other software tools to develop and integrate construction documentation, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
  • Construction Documentation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction documents, including plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project challenges and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Archicad, software development, and integration expertise, project management capabilities, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion, with experience in construction documentation and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
