Receptionist - GPC Asia Pacific - Full Time

Overview

The Role: Working in our modern, trendy national support office in Rowville, you will be part of a small Reception Team, where you/'ll be the face of GPC for all visitors and team members coming to the office. With strong customer service, excellent communication skills and immaculate presentation, your role will see you engaging with people from all levels and walks of life, and the professional experience you bring to the role will ensure you are always positively representing GPC.

Our Receptionists play an integral role in providing effective and efficient customer service and administration support to our support office, network and team members.

Duties include

- Provide quality, professional, courteous reception and switchboard services to clients and team members
- Distributing incoming calls
- Greeting and directing clients
- Taking clear and accurate messages
- Assisting callers by answering queries directly where appropriate
- Issuing visitor passes
- Keeping internal telephone directories up to date
- Booking taxis and board rooms for staff and visitors
- Provide high quality clerical services
- General support tasks including sending/distributing faxes/mail promptly, mail-outs, general filing & admin tasks as requested

About you

- Relevant reception experience
- Outstanding customer service standards
- Professional telephone manner
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong ability to adapt to new technologies
- A positive attitude, professional demeanour, and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to operate a switchboard
