The Opportunity

Dexus is seeking a Senior Manager – Planning & Analysis to lead group-wide financial forecasting and strategic analysis. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll deliver insights that shape executive decisions, support investor communications, and guide long-term planning. This role offers high visibility and impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Consolidate and analyse group forecasts, focusing on value drivers
- Prepare strategic reports for Executive Committee and Board
- Support policy development through financial metric analysis
- Collaborate with Investor Relations on external reporting
- Develop 5-year forecasts and scenario plans with Strategy teams
- Assess financial impacts of investments and strategic decisions

About You

You're a commercially minded finance professional with a strong analytical skillset and a collaborative, forward-thinking approach. You thrive in dynamic environments, communicate with clarity, and are driven to deliver high-quality outcomes that create value. You're curious, adaptable, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic planning, ideally within real estate, infrastructure, or asset management

- Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead processes, deliver complex projects, and drive continuous improvement
