We currently have 1.5 FTE available. Position Profile: The Child and Adolescent Community Health Service (CACH) is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our dedicated Community Refugee Health Team. As a Clinical Nurse in the Refugee Health Team, you will play a key role in supporting newly-arrived refugees and humanitarian entrants during their early settlement in Australia. You will facilitate access to essential community and specialist health care services, working across the Perth metropolitan area in diverse settings such as family homes, community health centres, and schools. This role requires a high level of autonomy, as well as collaboration with colleagues in Community Health and the multidisciplinary Refugee Health Team. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of the clinical and social needs of refugee children and their families. About Child & Adolescent CommunityHealth (CACH): Community Health provides health and developmental assessments, early intervention and health promotion services for children and young people. These services are provided in the community across the Perth metropolitan area at community health centres, in schools, home visits and through telehealth appointments. Services focus on child health, growth and development, behaviour, immunisation and supporting families.
