Job Description

Home Instead is a leading provider of high-quality, relationship-based in-home care for ageing adults. We help with a range of personal and lifestyle needs while providing welcome companionship for ageing adults.

About the role:

We are currently hiring passionate and caring CAREGivers to join our Home Instead family As a CAREGiver, you will be part of a growing team that assists our clients with personal care, light household duties, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings.

This role will allow CAREGivers to work casual hours that enable you to work during the day, evening, or weekends while making a difference through providing compassionate home care and supporting individuals to live independently at home.

At our Gold Coast and Northern Rivers office, we service areas from Coomera to Ballina. Enthusiastic and compassionate CAREGivers are the key to our success. We are seeking experienced personal carers with personal or professional experience in aged care.

Personal carers who speak a second language are also encouraged to apply.

- Have professional or personal experience working in aged care.

- Must be located and willing to travel up to 30 minutes from your home.
- Must have a mobile smartphone and be able to navigate through various applications.
- Must have a valid driver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance.
