About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Holding end-to-end accountability for two key sites (Helensvale and Ballina) with further growth on the horizon.
  • Reporting to the Regional Manager Qld and sitting on the State Lead Team, this role has full P&L responsibility and oversight of sales, operations, safety, and people leadership.
  • Driving operational excellence and customer fulfillment through strategic sales leadership and development of market relationships.
  • Championing safety and ensuring outstanding safety outcomes through effective risk management and compliance.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to achieve business goals and objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in a senior operations or leadership role, preferably in the building and construction industry.
  • Strong sales capability and a track record of building effective market relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in leading P&L and delivering strong financial performance.
  • A commitment to exceptional safety leadership and a proven ability to drive cultural change.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple sites and a demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams.
