Job Description

This is a remote position.

Key accountabilities of the role:

1. Design and implement state-of-the-art technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
2. Lead and mentor a team of technical resources, ensuring best practices are followed.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and system analysts, to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
4. Analyse long-term requirements for corporate systems and make recommendations for implementing custom applications.
5. Interact with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to drive complex deployments.
6. Ensure system performance, security, and scalability while minimizing the total cost of ownership.

Qualification & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent area) with a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical architect role on Salesforce platforms.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including sales clouds, service clouds, marketing clouds, etc.
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce development documentation and coding standards.
- Ability to direct implementation efforts according to architecture design.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.

- Salesforce Architecture and Solution Design
- Vlocity – CPQ, EPC, XOM
- Data Migration and Strategy
- Transformation Implementation Experience
