Youwillembednewsystems,buildafit-for-purposeHRfunction,andworkcloselywithseniorleadersandoutsourcedpartnersacrossAustralia,NewZealand,UAE,andtheUK.Thisisastandalonerolewithsignificantscopeforfuturegrowth.Theidealcandidateisproactive,adaptable,andthrivesinafast-paced,scalingenvironment. Key Responsibilities LeadingGrowth&Culture - Leadrecruitmentandonboardinginitiativesalignedwithworkforceplanningandheadcountgrowth. - Supportculturaldevelopmentandemployeeengagementacrossglobalteams. - Driveintegrationeffortsfornewlyacquiredbusinesses,includingonboardingandpeopleprocesses. - Managelearninganddevelopmentprogramsandremunerationreviews. HRStrategy&Operations - CollaboratewithoutsourcedHRpartnersacrossinternationalregions. - SupportEmploymentHerointegrationandoptimisation. - Providehands-onsupportacrossallHRoperationsandcompliance. - WorkcloselywiththeCFOandEA/OfficeManageronevents,engagement,andorganisationaldevelopment. - AdapttochangingbusinessneedsandcontributetotransformationalHRinitiatives.
