Your new role

- Provide leadership and coordination across all Maintenance Superintendents to ensure consistent execution of planned and unplanned work
- Act as the escalation point for operational and workforce issues, resolving matters efficiently to minimise downtime and risk
- Monitor execution of maintenance plans, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and site requirements
- Standardise execution practices, ensuring consistency in work quality, reporting, and workforce management across all crews
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, site SHMS, and relevant statutory requirements

What you'll need to succeed

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, support, and develop Maintenance Superintendents
- Excellent communicator, able to provide clear direction and act as the link between frontline teams and senior leadership
- Current Mining Supervisor – G1, G8, G9 (formerly S1, S2, S3)
- Carry out the Risk Management Process – G2 - RIIRIS402D
- Current Queensland Coal Board Medical
- Current Standard 11
