ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a number of casual, well-organised Food Service Assistants to join the kitchen team at our Scape Eatery Victoria CBD location. The Food Service Assistant is a Front of House role, responsible for delivering full-service catering and ensuring our residents have an exceptional, world-class food and dining experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Outstanding customer service
- Coordinating with kitchen staff for efficient food delivery
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in service areas
- Assisting customers with menu details and dietary needs
- Ensuring food hygiene and presentation standards
- Completing smooth shift handovers
- Sharing customer feedback with management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
