About the role
Join the NSW Crown Solicitor's Office agile and dynamic Information Management team and be a part of a collaboration of staff and external vendors maintaining systems and managing crucial information for the office.
This exciting opportunity is for someone passionate about the Content Manager EDRMS and related software integrations. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can take responsibility for delivering high-quality customer-focused services and support of EDRMS projects. The candidate in the role must ensure to maintain high-level system efficiency and reliability.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Content Manager Administration course or at least 3-5 years' experience in administering an EDRMS.
2. Sound knowledge and understanding of the State Records Act, standards and codes of best practice and their application to an EDRMS.
3. Obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance.
About you. Our ideal candidate.
You are a Content Manager expert.
You manage and monitor the EDRMS to ensure its high availability and performance and can investigate and resolve issues (sometimes in collaboration with vendors) in a timely way.
You contribute technical expertise and testing throughout an EDRMS upgrade.
You provide specialised technical advice and administer the integration of software applications with the EDRMS.
You are self-motivated, problem solver and keep yourself abreast of emerging technologies and their application with changing client and legislative requirements.
You can effectively communicate the changes in system and persuade the stakeholders to adopt new business practices.
