Reporting to our National Sales & Admissions Manager, the Customer Admissions Manager (CAM) is responsible for driving sales and occupancy, plus maintaining strong relationships with residents and partners within our organisation. This exciting full time permanent role in our Cairns footprint, breaks the traditional views on acquiring new consumers. Due to internal growth and recent team movements, we are seeking a new Customer Admissions Manager to join our Cairns region. This role can be based at any of our three Cairns homes, with flexibility to travel between sites as needed. You will be responsible for driving sales across all three homes, while also supporting new residents and their families through what can be an emotional, stressful, and often complex journey as they navigate the aged care system.
Our ideal applicants will have:
- Experience in aged care sales and admissions.
- Strong understanding of the aged care system, ACAT assessments, and fee structures.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capability.
- Ability to work with sensitivity and professionalism during emotional family discussions.
- Competence in CRM/enquiry systems and general computer literacy.
- Warm, welcoming, and empathetic approach.
- Highly professional with a strong customer focus
- A current driver's licence and car.
- Must have a current NDIS clearance OR ability to apply for one.
