Electrical Apprentice

About the Role
As an Electrical Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the Engineering team with preventative maintenance and improvement projects across all Pallion sites. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with ongoing preventative maintenance activities.
- Working alongside senior engineering team members on maintenance and improvement tasks.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including general cleaning duties.
- Supporting engineering projects across various Pallion locations.
- Taking ownership of maintenance tasks and schedules, working independently where required.
- Actively participating in team meetings and toolbox talks.
- Following instructions from the Engineering Project Manager and Licensed Electrician.
- Performing other duties as directed by management.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:

- A currently enrolled third or fourth-year electrical apprentice.
- Experienced or familiar with industrial electrical work.
- In possession of a valid car licence.
- Aware of and committed to workplace health and safety standards.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable.
- A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Able to perform under pressure during peak periods.
- Hands-on and enjoys practical work.
- Solution-oriented and eager to learn.
