The Opportunity:

Come and join our team We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Maclean.

You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different, but your work will be centered around the following:

- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance, which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance, which may include meal preparation

What shifts are we offering?

Monday 9am-3pm

Tuesday 9am-3pm

Thursday 9am-1pm

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support
- Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance
- At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
- NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 years), CPR (12 months), & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
