About the Role:As a Support Worker, you will work under the guidance of our experienced Team Leaders and Service Coordinators, to:Empowerment in Action: Join us in empowering individuals to master independent living skills, forge lasting friendships, and dive into exciting activities.Team Spirit: Be part of an amazing team of like-minded professionals.

About You:To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Qualifications: Certificate III in Community Services (or equivalent field or a higher related discipline) or willingness to complete.

• Screening: Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening.

• Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.

• Passion: A genuine commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities and contributing to a positive team culture.
