Estia Health Wattle Glen is a welcoming Home surrounded by bushland and in a quiet but convenient position between Wattle Glen and Hurstbridge stations, with nearby suburbs - Diamond Creek, Doreen, Panton Hill, Eltham, Mernda, Plenty, St Helena, Hurstbridge and Greensborough.

About the role

Estia Health Wattle Glen has exciting opportunities for Personal Care Workers/PCA'sto join our team for Casual Shifts.

Applicants need to be flexible to do afternoon shifts or night shifts.

Every individual in our homes has a story. You’ll get to know each one as you:

- Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
- Work with our team to support those with challenging needs.
- Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active.
- Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments
- Be a friend to our residents.
- Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected.

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

- A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- A certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
- Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
