We are seeking an experienced SAP B1 consultants. Training and certification opportunity will be provided through our mentoring and assisted skills centric team orientated working environment.

Responsibilities Include:

- Provide expert-level support for SAP Business One across Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing and CRM modules using Halo as the central support and case management platform.
- Act as the primary escalation point for SAP Business One support issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and provide tailored functional and technical solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors, data inconsistencies, and integration issues with third-party applications.
- Assist in the design and testing of system enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
- Document support cases, resolutions, and best practices to contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Liaise with the development team to communicate client requirements and follow through on customizations or fixes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions to recurring issues.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by assisting with data validation, system configuration, and user training.
- Participate in client meetings and status updates to ensure alignment on support priorities and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and tools.

Competencies Required

Effective and clear Communication Skills Essential
3+ years experience in delivering SAP Business One assignments
Strong Analytical and Technical problem solving skills
