The role

Your duties in this role will include but are not limited to:

Providing high-level admin and operational support to senior leaders and teams

- Coordinating busy team calendars and scheduling meetings
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Providing general administrative support and assisting with office operations
- Offering flexible support across the team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow

About you

- You've got 1-3 years of experience in an admin, team assistant or coordination role
- You have proven experience managing multiple stakeholders
- You're friendly and professional, with high attention to detail
- Available to start work immediately
