What You'll Be Doing:

- Taking ownership of end‑to‑end quantitative research projects - both ad hoc and tracking - across brand, product, and go‑to‑market strategy.

- Running multiple concurrent projects, juggling timelines, expectations, and analysis with confidence.

- Designing surveys, analysing data using tools like Q or SPSS, and turning complexity into clarity for clients.

- Presenting insights and strategic recommendations directly to clients - often at senior levels.

- Collaborating with a cross‑functional team, including qualitative consultants and behavioural science experts.

- Learning from and contributing to a brilliant team, including the two hands‑on, inspiring founders.

What You Bring:

- 2-5 years of quantitative research experience in an agency or consultancy setting.

- Proven ability to manage projects independently and deliver with a high degree of quality and insight.

- Comfort with advanced analytics (segmentation, MaxDiff, regression, etc.) and tools like Q or SPSS.

- Ambition to grow fast, contribute meaningfully, and be part of shaping something special.

- Strong communication skills - you can explain the stories behind the numbers.
