We are currently seeking a motivated Cellar Attendant to join our Beverage team. This role is the crucial link between receiving stock and supporting our front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, store, and manage beverage stock efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all bars and service areas are stocked and ready for trade at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct stocktakes and maintain accurate stock movement records.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the cellar and storage areas.
- Uphold RSA and workplace hygiene standards, always prioritising safe practices.
- Support the wider team in delivering high-quality service to members and guests.

What We’re Looking For

- Ability to safely lift and move up to 20kg.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Valid RSA & RCG certification.
- A strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Forklift licence or/and Traffic Controller certification.
- Previous experience in a club, bar, or cellar environment.
- Knowledge of stock control, WH&S, and club regulations.
