RCR Mining Technologies are seeking experiencedMechanical Fitter to join our team located in ourBunbury Workshop.

RCR MiningTechnologies (RCRMT) has an exciting opportunity for an experiencedMechanical Fitter to join our Bunbury Workshopteam. This role requires sound mechanical knowledge, a keenattention to detail, and a commitment to delivering professionaland efficient service to support the performance of critical miningequipment.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Overhaul and assemble gearboxes, pumps, pulleys, valves,screens, and OEM components to high-precision standards
- Operate and maintain workshop equipment relevant to yourskill set
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and instructionsaccurately
- Manage workshop cleanliness, tool condition, and equipmentintegrity
- Assist and guide apprentices and trade assistants tosupport team capability
- Provide feedback to improve tooling, processes, and theworking environment

To be considered for this position, you must possess thefollowing:

- Based locally in the South West region
- Australian-recognised Mechanical Fitter tradequalification
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Work at Heights Certificate
- Confined Space Certificate
- Dogging/Rigging (preferred but not essential)
- Forklift Ticket (preferred but not essential)
- Fitness to handle manual labour and provide a clear drugand alcohol screening
- A solid commitment to safety, along with a genuine reliablenature.
