The Role

As an Associate Director, you’ll partner with Australia’s top-tier brands across tech, retail and services, tackling juicy challenges – big and small. You’ll build trusted client relationships, get under the skin of their business, and bring energy and creativity to every brief. It’s 100% bespoke work – no cookie cutters here – with quant projects spanning:

About You

You’ll thrive here if you’re a driven, curious, and commercially minded quant thinker who loves to turn complexity into clarity.

You’ll bring:

- 6–8 years’ experience in strategic insights (quant)

- Solid agency experience in full-service research

- Strong methodological grounding and cross-industry perspective

- Advanced quant analysis & structured problem-solving skills

- Natural storytelling flair and attention to detail

- A growth mindset and appetite to help shape a growing business
