We’re proud of every dish we serve, but behind every order is a team of people who genuinely care. Your role is to motivate, mentor and oversee our people on the floor. If you’ve got hospitality experience, this role is your chance to develop leadership skills in a supportive environment where people have your back.

Responsibilities

- Motivate, mentor and oversee team members on the floor.
- Lead by example and help manage busy periods.
- Collaborate with restaurant leadership to ensure excellent customer service and quality standards.
- Support behind-the-scenes operations to keep service smooth.
