About the role
The Clinical Nurse, Rheumatology provides support to the Nurse Consultants and the Medical team, in the provision of services through the management of a portfolio. Supports and works collaboratively with less experience members of the team.
Key duties of the role
- Provide proficient, person centred, clinical nursing care and/or individual case management to patients/clients.
- Monitor patient/client care plans to ensure appropriate care outcomes are achieved on a daily basis.
- Plan and coordinate services.
Skills and Experience
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Registered Nurse with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience.
