ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Night Manager to join our team at La Trobe University Bundoora Campus. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact overnight, ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of our residents. Working independently, you’ll monitor building security, manage incidents, and provide friendly support to residents when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring building security and safety; performing perimeter checks and resolving issues or emergencies that arise while on duty.

- Carrying out administration tasks including maintaining records, processing payments, audit, reporting, etc.

- Effective incident management during night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution.

- Act as a support to the residents to form a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare.

- Respond to residents calls about noise or disturbances within the building, and lock outs.

- Attend appropriate training and mandatory staff meetings when required.
