The Role

We are looking for an organised administrator to provide a range of dutiesvital to the efficient operations of our Preschool. You will be joining 8 hours per week on a Monday, on a permanent basis providing a helping hand.

In particular, you will be managing enrolments, family account's and the centre’s waiting list using the softwareXAP, responding to email and phone queries’ and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families

- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
- A positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Previous experience and / or a relevant qualification
- Have proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
