A restaurant manager's role is multifaceted, encompassing a wide range of operational, financial, and interpersonal responsibilities. At its core, the manager is the central figure who ensures the business runs smoothly and profitably. This includes the day-to-day oversight of operations, from managing staff and inventory to upholding quality standards and resolving any issues that arise.
Beyond that the manager is also a strategic leader. They handle the financial health of the business by creating budgets, controlling costs, and analysing performance data to make informed decisions. They are also a people manager, responsible for hiring, training, and motivating their team to foster a positive and productive work environment. By blending strong leadership with a focus on both financial performance and customer satisfaction, a successful manager is able to drive the business forward and build a loyal customer base.

What You’ll Need
- Minimum 3 years relevant hospitality experience required
- Strong workflow management skills
- Ability to build strong last relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to create, manage and implement budgeting and financial management models
- Strong inventory control skills
- Identifying experience staff and leading them
- Ability mediate disputes between staff members
- Ensure a positive experience for customers by having strong interpersonal skills
- Implement strategies to attract new customers
