Job Description

This position is an exciting opportunity to make your mark in a supportive team within the Far West Local Health District. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Clerk Grade 3.

About the Role
  • This role involves processing travel bookings for staff, VMOs, and patients efficiently to ensure quality service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process travel transactions for staff, VMOs, and patients with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, contracts, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of travel bookings.
  • Provide excellent interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills when communicating with customers and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
