Job Description
This position is an exciting opportunity to make your mark in a supportive team within the Far West Local Health District. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Clerk Grade 3.
About the Role- This role involves processing travel bookings for staff, VMOs, and patients efficiently to ensure quality service.
- Process travel transactions for staff, VMOs, and patients with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, contracts, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of travel bookings.
- Provide excellent interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills when communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.

Requirements- Understanding of legislation, contracts, and customer requirements for travel booking.

- Experience in travel transaction processing.
