North and West Remote Health (NWRH) is on the lookout for a dynamic, detail-loving, people-smart Support Services Officer to join our Wellbeing Team in Mount Isa.

If you thrive on variety, love keeping things organised, and enjoy being the go-to person in a busy, purpose-driven office—this role is for you

Skills and Experience

- Front-of-house vibes: manage phones, emails, mail, and greet visitors with warmth

- Admin wizardry: coordinate travel schedules, purchase orders, invoices, and bookings

- Data magic: manage referral systems and collate service statistics

- Customer connection: share info about NWRH services and be a helpful voice

- Office organisation: keep our filing system sharp and up-to-date

About the pay and benefits

- Starting salary from $58,451 + super (negotiable based on experience)

- Salary packaging up to $15,900

- 5 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading

About NWRH

At North and West Remote Health, we deliver allied health, mental health, wellbeing, and community support services across rural, regional, and remote Queensland.

Our multidisciplinary team supports more than 50 communities—including Townsville, Mount Isa, Longreach, Normanton, Doomadgee, Cloncurry, and Mornington Island—to improve physical, social, and emotional wellbeing.

Eligibility and EEO

- You must have the right to live and work in Australia.

- You may be required to travel by road and/or in small planes to communities distant from your catchment area on a regular basis, so must be comfortable with this aspect of the role.

- A ‘C’ class Driver’s License (manual preferred) is also an essential requirement.

- All final applicants will be asked to consent to a criminal record check, an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Blue card (if not AHPRA registered).
